About Naficy Consulting

Naficy Consulting, Inc. was founded in 2010 when Mercedes Naficy D’Angelo decided to work as a freelance consultant, trainer, and global business development lead for a boutique intercultural training and destination services company. Having been in consultative sales working with Human Resources and Senior Leadership to develop solutions to address a myriad of talent development, health and productivity, and intercultural challenges, she decided she wanted to combine her knowledge to bring clients innovative solutions that impact organizations more holistically and positively.
