About Naficy Consulting
Naficy Consulting, Inc. was founded in 2010 when Mercedes Naficy D’Angelo decided to work as a freelance consultant, trainer, and global business development lead for a boutique intercultural training and destination services company. Now, 12 years later, Naficy Consulting is working with a variety of for-profit and non-profit companies to support their talent development needs.

Happiest when sharing her passion for diversity and culture with an audience, the following short testimonial is one of many reflecting her passion and talent as a facilitator and a speaker:
Powerful, clear, funny: one of the best speakers I heard at SHRM. Full of both conceptual & practical content – Excellent.
